Crossfit is a group training program with involving constantly varied, functional movements at high intensity which is proven to burn fat and build muscle tone. Some of these movements include squats, running, lunges, push-ups, pull-ups, core exercises, rowing, power lifting, olympic weightlifting, kettlebell swings , bodyweight exercises, and much, much more. All of our coaches are L1 certified and each coach has additional specialty certifications making them unique and well-qualified to teach a wide variety of athletes. Each trainer is very mindful of your personal fitness level and they will ensure that you receive the best CrossFit workout, while meeting your individual needs.
Each day, a WOD (workout of the day) is carefully programmed to provide the best combination of weightlifting, metabolic conditioning and gymnastics in a wide variety of movements. The coach takes you through each movement every single class, teaching you good form and technique to ensure safety throughout your work out.
By engaging in a regular CrossFit routine, you will increase your speed, coordination, strength and endurance. Your coaches will and record your workouts so that you can keep stay motivated by seeing all of your improvements over time.

CrossFit kids classes are available for children 8 to 12 years old. The CrossFit kids program is an excellent way to show kids how fitness can be fun. During each class, the children will learn a skill, play a fitness game, and engage in a short cardiovascular workout paired with functional movements that they can utilize in daily life. Our certified CrossFit kids trainers are experts in programming and teaching in a specific manner to connect with your child. Your child will gain confidence, learn safety techniques, develop excellent form and posture, learn how to follow instructions and be respectful in a social environment, and of course have a blast! Not everyone walks into a CrossFit gym ready to pick up a barbell and go. At first sight, Crossfit can appear to be a little intimidating. Especially if you have not worked out in a while, have an injury, or brand new to the fitness world. CrossFit LITE is also great for young athletes and seniors. The Crossfit light workout is based on the regularly programmed CrossFit workout, but instead of using barbells, athletes work with bodyweight, medicine balls, kettlebellls, dumbbells, and other accessories. Crossfit LITE doesn’t mean the workout is easy, it is just as challenging based on the fitness level of the individual athlete. When you join CrossFit LITE, you can always work your way into the regular CrossFit classes….or just stick with the LITE version. The choice is yours; the most important thing is that you show up and get an amazing workout!

We take a unique approach to yoga here at CrossFit Out Of The Box. Instead of the traditional 60 to 90 minute yoga session, we offer 20 minute yoga sessions as an add on to your CrossFit workout. Our highly trained and certified yoga instructor bases for yoga sessions on the workout of the day. She specifically targets different areas of the body that need stretched, including but not limited to hips, hamstrings, back, glutes, and shoulders. Sometimes she even adds a few core exercises. Athletes are always consulted before the session to get a common feel whether healing or core yoga will do the trick. The classes are built specifically around the athletes wants and needs. Yoga is part of CrossFit membership, mats included.
